Our modern state of art manufacturing facility with a capacity to manufacture 30,000 TPA for dry mix mortars is located at the one the most promising upcoming industrial township at Sonipat, Haryana located in the vicinity of Delhi NCR. Our plant is situated at a distance of 25 kms from the Kundli border of Delhi and just 15 kms from the upcoming Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) express highway at Dhaturi Industrial Area, near Murthal Chowk, Sonipat on GT Karnal Highway. Thus, allowing fastest means of follow of transport of raw materials as well as finished products to every part of the country.
Our Infrastructure
Unicrete manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 36000 sqft with a covered area of 20000 sq ft. We have a godown storage capacity of 15000 sqft to store the finished goods.
The process of manufacturing includes proper drying and perfect sieving of the raw material (to ensure proper grading of sand with perfect particle size) followed by weighed batching of the raw materials (such as dry sieved sand, OPC grade cement, mineral powders & required quantity of polymers). The polymers we use are of best quality purchased from the leading brands of the industry worldwide. Every batch of the production is continuously monitored to ensure the best intimate mixing of the raw materials.
Every batchof the material is tested and checked in the factory installed laboratory for proper test results and to ensure quality satisfaction for our valuable costumers.
